Refund & Returns 

We love our customers. We'll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them.

Notes

1. All return requests must be initiated within 30 days after your package has been delivered.
2. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Generally, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of any returning items.
3. Advise all items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and seals attached.

How do I make a return?

1. Email your request to support@lotusfloris.com with your reason for return.
2. Return instructions will be replied to once receive your request.
3. Ship your item to the designated address and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions.
4. Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days of being received and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.
